Another realization that dawned on me during and after the Movement Camp…
Work Ethic-
I met and trained with some of the hardest workers I know and experienced in the world of movement, what their hard work looks like. A wandering, scared mind can so easily be subdued by another’s will, so what is the anti-thesis? I believe it’s our road to progress that makes that change… the focus that develops from adjustments made to the task and the ability to grind through it with mental fortitude. There is something deeply unsatisfying about tasking myself with a multitude of things yet, can’t seem to be done! I believe I need to subject myself to the growing pains of hard work, through doing less in a day but ultimately, achieving more profoundness in what I do.
