Observing others.

I spend a lot of time observing myself in movement and stillness. Recently, I noticed myself in deep observation… but while watching someone else move! It felt like they were moving in slow motion which allowed me to pick up the details of their movements and feel it vividly through out my own body.

Four days after my ecstatic return to parkour in Toronto, the concussion symptoms returned. However, my drive for parkour is still strong enough for me to sit still and watch people. I’m getting a lot of joy out of it now that I’m aware I can gain so much value from it.
